Is FETCH a course?
No, it’s a membership program. FETCH provides all the information you need to bring your dog from socialization and basic obedience, to retrieving marks to hand, basic handling drills and running their first cold blinds. It utilizes written & video instruction, monthly webinars, community forums and personalized feedback - all accessible through an app or your desktop. And because I want you to be successful, I’m available to answer any training question you have.
What happens after I join FETCH?
After you join, you'll receive a welcome email detailing the next steps, and how to login using the email and password set up at enrollment.
Does FETCH work for hunting dogs, hunt test dogs or field trial dogs?
Yes. The foundation for an excellent retriever is the same no matter what game you intend to play
Iām having trouble navigating the digital training platform. Who do I contact?
A few tips to start:
Restart your computer or device.
Use google chrome as your browser (this best supports our training platform).
If you need to reset your password, there is a link on the login page.
Your membership may be canceled at any time from within the program.
In the first 10 days, if you decide it is not for you, reach out for a full refund.
If you cancel after 10 days, your membership will cancel at the end of the paid subscription period.
If you wish to cancel, you must do so within 5 days of your next billing date which will be the same day each month/year. Refunds are not granted once the payment has gone through.
What is your refund policy on in-person training?
Workshops & Seminars
If an individual cancels their working spot 60 days or more before the event, they will receive a full refund minus a $40 processing fee. If they cancel 59 days or less before the event, they will receive $145 per unattended day of the event.
If an individual cancels their auditing spot 60 days or more before the event, they will receive a full refund minus a $12 processing fee. If they cancel 59 days or less before the event, they will receive $70 per unattended day of the event.
Training Camps
If an individual cancels their working spot 60 days or more before the training camp, they will receive a full refund minus a $40 processing fee. If they cancel 59 days or less before the event, they will receive $110 per unattended day of the event.
